Annoyed I had to download the Ticketmaster app and this app, then link them, just to get my tickets. Not very convenient.

Says to add to wallet and then there is no option anywhere to add to apple wallet

Every year, the way in which you get tickets, and transfer tickets changes. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Four out of 10 times you gotta call down to the arena to get a hold of somebody to walk you through it, and, inevitably, it either goes to Will Call, or they have to transfer it down there. I long for the days of paper tickets where I could just hand them to somebody. smh

Doesn’t work in iOS 18. There are two ways to get to tickets. One won’t refresh/update tickets (clicking My tickets) and the other (going to account then my ticket takes you to my events). Under my events, it takes three clicks to finally see the ticket but add to apple wallet is broken. Nothing happens when you click it. I hate leaving a review for a tech support issue/ but “app support” just takes me to the third party vendor site which seems more geared to signing on clients than helping users.

Since updating to iOS 18, the app won’t allow me to add my tickets to my Apple Wallet. I’ve tried logging in and out of my Ticketmaster account. Also the option for Fan Bucks/Rewards doesn’t appear in the “More” link of the app.

The last time my app was updated: Oct. 24th. It has a lot of information and links to other websites; so, it can be helpful. You cannot use it for your tickets.

I like how convenient everything is. I can buy 50/50 tickets, reload my fan bucks, see team and player stats, schedule etc… but a lot of things don’t refresh. I always check to make sure I have the most recent version of the app and I do. But when trying to load tickets, it doesn’t add new things (STH event tickets) and it doesn’t get rid of old tickets once that event is over. A lot of times I can’t even add the tickets to my Apple wallet and I have to login to my account manager via web browser to do that. Lots of conveniences but also lots of inconveniences. It could definitely be better.

I love this!!! The live updates has to be one of my favorite features. I never leave reviews but I just had to for this :) Go Jackets!! 💙

The ONLY reason I downloaded this app was to 1) add my tickets to Apple Wallet and 2) to have it add the event to my calendar. It couldn’t handle the second. I HATE how every team and every venue has to have its own app. Just a pain.

Was not happy when the new app was introduced but wow I this app is FANTASTIC! So intuitive has all my season tickets available in app so no more fumbling between apps. Great job CBJ organization. BLOW THE CANNON!

Was very glad when the Jackets announced the new app. It is a lot better than the new version of the NHL app. They also respond to suggestions immediately with an ACTUAL resolution and not a cut and paste response

All the best features of the old NHL app are resurrected in one slick, intuitive, dedicated app! As a full season ticket holder, easy ticket transfer and calendar view of the schedule are so important. Thank you, CBJ!

The new CBJ app is great! It’s incredibly user-friendly and makes it so easy to navigate everything related to the team in one place. The interface is clean and intuitive - you can quickly find schedules, rosters, news, and more. One of the best features is the integration with Ticketmaster to have all your tickets linked directly in the app.

This app is the best! It has access to the schedule so I can see when games are so I can plan out who the best opponents are to go see, they all look good honestly. I might get season tickets as well, you should too! I can see stats of my favorite Blue Jackets players, and the standings to check and make sure the Blue Jackets are still in 1st place in the National Hockey League! You should definitely download this app if you love the Blue Jackets like I do!

The most recent update to the NHL app ruined the individual team links. Lost radio feed. Finding the local access to the season tickets is cumbersome. Just an all around trash update. Hope they take preseason to fix their issues.

This app used to connect me directly to team news, events, and everything to do with the jackets. It was easy to navigate and was all out awesome. I feel like I lost a huge connection with the team. The NHL app bites.

It's so disappointing that the NHL has chosen to ruin all of their teams' great apps. I really enjoyed being able to follow my favorite team through their loaded app. Now it's just a giant ad for NHL Premium. What a joke. If I wasn't so angry, maybe I could laugh about it.

The update just made my CBJ app disappear. This just redirects you to the NHL app. Nothing specific about the jackets. Please give Jacket fans the old back.

Now it's not even an app, it just opens another app. Please bring back the old one. Everyone else will agree with me on this. I downloaded he CBJ app for independence from the rest of the NHL. Please make the CBJ it's own app and don't use the NHL app.

I LOVED the Jackets app last season. Now all it does is reroute you to the NHL app which does a lot of the same things but isn't Jackets specific. Very frustrating.

Just redirects you to the NHL app

Old app was way better. New app is missing videos and audio clips. It feels like an nhl app and not a blue jackets app anymore,and unfortunately that seems to be the point..

This whole app has been ruined. All it does now is redirect to the NHL app. This app used to remember me when I logged in to my ticket account while the NHL app won't. I never should've updated this app, it's useless now.

The app starts with an add ever time you start unless you accept notifications. You have to tap NO every time you start app. The standings little tiny "switch" buttons don't work. There is no longer, or I just can't find the three year comparison. The app is slow and has. "good try" written all over it. The old app was mediocre. This one is terrible.

Makes it hard to share multiple tickets with other iOS users

The new update, especially on the iPhone, is horrible. Please go back to the old format. Too much Twitter info on the home page.
